By accessing and using the website muslimforextrader.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Our artisanal coffee roastery, Prăjitorie Cafea, operates this site to present and market specialty coffee beans and brewing equipment.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and their arrangement, is the property of Prăjitorie Cafea or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any part of this Site is not permitted without our prior written consent.

3. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including due to errors in product description or price, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Prices are displayed in Lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at the time of order completion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Prăjitorie Cafea assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or our products, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Our products, artisanal roasted coffee, are intended for human consumption. Please consult a doctor in case of any food allergies or sensitivities.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
